We partnered closely with the client through a strategic, phased delivery approach aligned to funding milestones, pilot readiness, and validation cycles. This method secured early support, demonstrated measurable progress, and built a credible path toward wider deployment.
Initially, we defined user goals, platform outcomes, and project scope. We then delivered an interactive prototype that showcased detailed user journeys for employees and wellbeing leads, complemented by a comprehensive report, technology assumptions, and an MVP phasing plan. This prototype played a key role in early-stage funding pitches and stakeholder reviews by providing a clear, tangible vision for the platform.
Next, we developed a fully functional MVP trial platform for 20 pilot users in a corporate environment, featuring secure login, dashboard views, and guided content modules. This live pilot enabled real user feedback and ongoing content iteration, successfully demonstrating traction and operational capability – supporting a second-stage grant application and preparing for further rollout.
Currently, we are building advanced outcome reporting tools, usage analytics, session logs, and a comprehensive admin interface to manage users, permissions, and wellbeing journeys. Ahead of the final delivery, early interest has already emerged from the public health sector, recognizing the platform’s clinical integrity and strong potential for scaled deployment.
